Since I am a very big fan of Firefox and when Firefox asked something from me, I was ready to go, and looking at the pledge map the contribution from India being low, I tried to ping and contact as many of my friends and pledged them to download Firefox 3, and also asked them to contact their friends to download Firefox, and they did and contribution from India was a sizable one.

I am proud to say that I was part of history being made, there were 8,002,530 downloads in a single day, ahhhhhhh hard to believe. I got following mail from firefox appreciating the efforts and a certificate also. Its a great feeling,
