CBI has released Dr Rajesh Talwar, the prime accused of Arushi Murder case after spending 45 days in jail. CBI said they could not find any proof against Mr. Talwar. And since Mr. Talwar is released so someone has to take the charge of murder so CBI has said they have scientific proof against Krisha(Compunder), Raj Kumar and Vijay Mondal the two domestic helps working for Mr Durrani, Mr. Talwar’s friend. The scientific proof won’t help in court and CBI has to bring some solid proof against them. Also CBI is not able to explain the motive behind the Arushi Murder Case in this new scenario. Also the tv channels are making their own stories and spreading the rumours.
Whatever CBI says to put them in right order, CBI alike Noida Police has failed in the Arushi Murder Case. Also there is speculation around that Mr. Talwar will be suing CBI for defamation case. But one thing is still not clear in my mind, how can a three person come and murder two, and the parents Mr. and Mrs. Talwar could not hear anything, and that too in a flat of size of theirs. The reason that Talwars are maintaining that they were in the flat on the day of murder is not clear. Whom they are trying to protect is not known. Is there some bigger mystery behind? dont know exactly.
